• Development of comprehensive CCTV requirements in consultation with end-users, architects and other project consultants.
  
• Create standard specifications for Tendering process.
  
• Prepare Tender document pertaining to CCTV portion of project and submit to Prime Consultant for distribution and RFQ purposes.
  
• Prepare Visio schematic designs for point-to-point connection.
  
• Set standards for pre-qualification of CCTV vendors and installers.
  
• Review bids from contractors to ensure specifications have been met.
  
• Conduct site visits to determine what existing equipment can be integrated into new system.
  
• Prepare and submit a cost allowance for anticipated project.
  
• Review installation progress and compliance methods, workmanship and materials throughout the installation process.
  
• Upon completion of CCTV installation, conduct final inspection of the system to ensure that the system has been installed in accordance with contractual specifications and applicable codes.
